Job Title: Charity General Manager:

The GM position will require the candidate to be able to manage the day to day operations of a busy charitable organisation.  Duties will include but are not limited to:

Health and Safety of staff, service users and venue

Hold up to date certification for fire warden, Health and Safety in the workplace and First Aid

Strategic planning of events and activities

Dealing with service user’s issues

Liaise with professional bodies including but not limited to…evaluators, local authorities, CCG, lottery officer, professional visitors

General maintenance of the premises and any of the organisation’s assets

Hold a UK driving license

All general duties which keep the charities services running day to day in a safe and welcoming environment

Oversee the delivery of the governing boards strategy

 

Job Title: Charity Support Officer

The position of our support officer will be to provide admin support, duties will include but will be not limited to:

Applying for funding opportunities

Liaise with evaluators

Tracking service user progress

Hold up to date certification for fire warden, Health and Safety in the workplace and First Aid

All general duties which keep the charities services running day to day in a safe and welcoming environment

Hold a UK driving license

 

Job Title: Charity Head Chef

The chef position will require a person who is happy to work in a small kitchen café type environment.  Experience of cooking for customers will be considered essential.  Duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparing a café type menu and delivering to approx. 30-40 people each working day

On occasions, use their experience and knowledge to help support volunteers to develop catering skills and knowledge

Hold a current food hygiene city and guides certification

 

All successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check and mandatory training including professional boundaries, working with vulnerable adults and general health and safety training.
