Sociability have recently been successful with an application for national lottery community funding. The funding has given us the welcome opportunity to employ a motivated Business Administrator to oversee our daily activities and create long term strategies. Therefore, the main goal of this role is to maximise our efficiency, reduce costs and drive the growth of our charity. Our aim is to be sustainable within the next 3 years, and a legacy for all who use our services. The ideal candidate should therefore possess a mixture of skills but with the main asset of business knowledge and understanding. The successful candidate will be based at Wat Tyler Country Park, with their own office. The successful applicant will require an enhanced DBS check and mandatory training including professional boundaries, working with vulnerable adults and general health and safety training.
