Tai Chi

This session is provided to Sociability members by a professional instructor

Our Tai chi sessions combine deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Though, Tai chi was originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, it is now practiced today as a health-promoting exercise.

Tai chi can help to reduce stress levels, improve posture, balance and general movement. Increasing muscle strength in legs and mobility.  Clearing the mind, helping us to focus and relax.

No experience is needed, £4 per session, just drop in and give it a go, first session free to see if it is something for you

Friday Doors Open at 1.30pm until 4pm

Social Drop In

We usually have a social activity happening (Bingo) taking place on a Friday afternoon, though, we still have our open chat, laptops and board games available.  On the last Friday of each month we have a Cod & Chips Quiz day…with a raffle

Sociability is a voluntary service provider, in the event of an emergency we reserve the right to cancel or change any sessions at short notice

We are disabled friendly.
